TrendLens publishes revenue estimates for SaaS products built from public sources. This page explains what personal data we handle. Short version: we collect your email only if you give it to us, and we do not store personal data about people who write reviews.
Data about products
We collect public information about software products: websites, pricing pages, public social posts, job listings, public ad libraries, launch listings and review sites. We store this as data about the product (prices, counts, ratings, revenue disclosures). We do not store the names, profiles or contact details of reviewers or commenters. Founder revenue posts are used as evidence for the product's figures; we do not build profiles of people.
Data you give us
- Early-access and removal forms: your email address, the type of request, the product name you enter (removal only), the page you sent it from and the time.
- Abuse protection: a one-way salted hash of your IP address, used to limit requests to 5 per hour. We do not store the IP address itself.
We use this data only to reply to you and to give you access. We do not sell it, share it for advertising or add you to other lists. You can ask us to delete it at any time through the request form (write "delete my email" in the product field).
Services we use
- Cloudflare hosts the site, stores form submissions and runs Turnstile, an anti-spam check on the forms.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without tracking you across sites.
We use no advertising trackers and set no cookies of our own. The free tools run in your browser; what you type into them is not sent to us.
Retention
Form submissions are kept until access is given or the request is closed, and deleted on request. Removed products are kept only as a note so they are not added again.
Contact
For any privacy question or request, use the request form. See also the terms of use.
